General Provisions

sixa6 is an online gaming and betting platform providing digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. This platform operates under SSL encryption and a fair play policy.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

Eligibility & Registration

To open an account at sixa6, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• The applicant must be located in a country or region where online gaming activities are not legally prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
• Opening an account through a corporate entity or proxy is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification

sixa6 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and address at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification process is complete. Failure to cooperate may result in the account being restricted or closed.

Account Management

3.1 Personal Use

Your sixa6 account is for your personal use only. Login credentials must not be shared with anyone else, and transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Security Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Use a strong password and notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3.3 Updating Information

If your personal information changes (name, address, phone number, etc.), please update your account or notify our support team as soon as possible. The user is responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for an extended period. In such cases, sixa6 may impose restrictions on the account after giving prior notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposited funds must be sent from your own account. Deposits made using third-party accounts are prohibited. If a deposit exceeds the approved amount, the excess will be returned.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made. If a bonus is active, the corresponding amount cannot be withdrawn until the related wagering requirements have been met. sixa6 reserves the right to re-verify in the case of unusual transactions.

4.5 Transaction Fees

sixa6 does not impose any transaction fees of its own. However, the payment service provider's own charges may apply, and those are the user's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at sixa6 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion once only.
• A bonus will be cancelled if not used within a specified period.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings earned after meeting wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• sixa6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated.

5.4 VIP Program

The sixa6 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can enjoy up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Staying regularly active and maintaining consistent play allows advancement to higher tiers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

sixa6 operates under a fair play policy. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Any form of manipulation or dishonest methods will result in immediate action.

6.2 Bet Decisions

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the decision of the sixa6 authority shall be considered final.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits apply to various games and events. These limits may change without prior notice. Bets placed in excess of the limit will automatically be adjusted to the permitted amount.

6.4 Technical Issues

If any bet or game remains incomplete due to server downtime, network issues, or a technical fault from a third-party game provider, the matter will be handled according to the relevant rules. In such cases, sixa6's limitation of liability applies.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sixa6 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Artificially creating accounts or transactions for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking methods.
• Collaborating with other users to exploit system advantages.
• Spreading harmful comments or false information about sixa6.
• Attempting to access any part of the platform without authorization.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sixa6 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the intellectual property of sixa6 or its content partners. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials commercially without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users may view and use platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes, but may not distribute it to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

sixa6 strives to ensure the highest level of uninterrupted service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or disruption to third-party services. sixa6 is not directly responsible for this.

9.2 Liability for Damages

sixa6 will not be held liable for any loss caused by factors outside our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet service provider failures, etc.).

9.3 Third-Party Services

The sixa6 platform offers services from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. sixa6 is not directly responsible for technical faults or outcomes in these third-party games.

Account Closure

10.1 Closure by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. There is also an option to take a self-exclusion break under our Responsible Gaming policy.

10.2 Closure by sixa6

sixa6 may temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

10.3 Balance After Closure

Eligibility to receive a valid balance back after account closure will depend on the reason for closure. If the account is closed due to a violation of Section 7, all balances may be forfeited.

Changes & Amendments

sixa6 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance through the platform in the case of significant changes.

Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.
